Short road trip for San Diego, but the Cards are always solid at home. Last year Seattle and SF were the only teams to beat them in the desert so I can't see them losing. Cards cover the spread.

Who's getting the bulk of the carries tonight if Ellington's out? Taylor or Dwyer? Taylor was solid in college, but I haven't seen anything of him in the NFL.

Dwyer will get the bulk of the carries. Arians has been impressed with him through camp and the preseason. He is listed as #2 on the depth chart.

That's what I thought, but ESPN has Taylor listed as #2 so I wasn't sure if he just had an awesome preseason or something.

The local word is Dwyer will get the bulk of the carries. Either way, if you are talking fantasy, it should be a pretty close split. Unless Dwyer breaks off a couple of big runs early, you will see a fair share of Taylor.

No real fantasy interest, just was curious who was going to play since I know Arians wanted to really get Ellington involved in the offense this season.

Both of them together can't fill Ellington's shoes in the passing game. Huge loss if he can't go.

Chargers don't travel well, season opener, Monday Night Football, Kurt Warner going into the ring of honor. You will see very few Charger fans there. With the Card's injuries I call it a toss up. being a homer, I give the edge to the Cards at home. 28-24 Cards.

I honestly think Arizona is going to get destroyed. The loss of Dansby has been understated. He was a GIGANTIC part of their success on defense last year.

Very true about Dansby. And Washington who is the better linebacker is gone. In terms of getting destroyed...... God I hope you're wrong.
