RR is a great leader, he clearly has the respect of the locker room. Great motivator, but yeah football decisions and pressers, concern me. I'm sure he had to be persuaded not to pick Hooker at 16

No ideal what we have in Mathis, but yes unless he somehow can edge rush then it was just stupid, like just let the fans run the draft
