I have never had one ... Dad used to make them from time to time. I mostly used the Pepto-Seltser chased by beer or liquor. For me the hair of the dog was usually attached to a bigger, meaner, rabid dog though.

Bloody Mary's ain't shit.
Back in the day, Mad Dog would make you wake up in strange places with no clothes with a case of nausea that rivals the Black Death. And I would just wash down some Tylenol with a little "hair of the dog" and go to work.
