So, for some reason, this season road teams are winning at a higher clip than home teams in the NFL. Why does everyone think it is happening?
Is it just a weird anomaly?
Is it something that has evolved with the game/coaching?
I've actually heard some players mention that they feel less pressure on the road and they feed off the crowd being against them. Personally, I think there may be something to this theory as players today are more cognisant of what the fans/outside world are saying about them and think of them so many of them seem to have more of a chip on their shoulder.
