Yeah, he certainly did, but we will never know how good he could have been with more consistent playing time last year. Some of it was just bad timing. Josh and Zeke could have both benefited greatly had we needed another rebuilding year. Fortunately for us, the rebuilding ended a year too early for them to get more playing time. Looks like we get the best of both worlds,at least with Smith.

One of these days Sam Huff is going to have success for another team. I wonder if all of his success will be attributed to something he will be said to have changed after he left here, intimating that he would have never had success had he stayed here. There are a lot of folks in Twitter land that abhor Huff and think he should never be given another chance.

personally, Rodriguez and Hernandez should be sent down and Church and Kelly brought up, Hernandez threw 42 and Rodriguez 59 so they are useless today.

plus, they could bring up Anderson as the extra man,

that would give them:

Latz
Leclerc
Sborz
Robertson
Yates

Church is hurt. It won't be available any time soon. Anthony Hoopii-Tuionetoa could be added to the 40 man though. Although he pitched 1.1 innings yesterday.
