Rangers have 6 active players hitting below .180:

Rua .178
Deshields .174
Centeno .167
Chirinos .167
Robinson .167
Nunez .154

you might have a chance with 2 but 6 makes it impossible

I thought Bennie explained Ibanez yesterday.

he said that Ibanez had showed declining hitting stats over the last couple of years but he hit .285 combined at A and AA in 2016, .265 at AA in 2017 and he is hitting .300 now. and he also said he was not a good 2nd baseman but in 2017 he committed 7 total errors (5 at 2nd and 2 at 3rd) and so far this season he has committed 1 error and that was at 3rd.

I could live with those numbers over Robinson

It’s disappointing, but it seems like no matter what pitcher we have on the mound, the blue jays hit him hard.

Minor has actually been good so far this year, but not today.

Yes because AA numbers translate to the majors, also there's more to defense than errors

He had a guy on 1st and 3rd and a 2-0 count and instead of saying to himself the next pitch has to be right in this area otherwise I am laying off of it he swung like he knew he was going to swing no matter what in hopes in what a fastball doen the middle. And it was inside and so was the next pitch and he swung at that as well.
