He got dissected by a very good team. 79 pitches in just 3 innings
It's kind of like who didn't. If Owen White is pitching I just hope that he pitches with confidence in his stuff and doesn't think too much about the caliber of the player he is facing. I really think that was part of Speas problem.

Plus Speas had never been placed in that kind of position. I'm sure he was extremly intimidated. Personaly I thought Bochy should not have asked him to go out there when he had only one other outing.

This hasn't been fun to experience in person. Dodgers fans are horrible.
lol what made it horrible? didnt enjoy the lets go dodgers chants? i was at the game but im not so vocal lol. it felt like easily half the place full of dodgers maybe more than that.

A lot easier to pitch when there is no pressure, I guess.

Was left in too long and ended getting pounded. Should have been pulled after his 2nd inning

Yeah, that's gotta be awful.

It was terrible and it was easily 60/40 Dodger fans in the majority over Rangers fans today over the entire ballpark. The let's go Dodgers fans were heard all over the ballpark and there was very little Rangers fan base that could even be heard in the stadium. I sat in RF and there were a handful of other Rangers fans out there and the area around me was mostly all Dodger fans, basically 75% of sections 129/130/131were Dodger fans.

Agree. I was with my wife and grandkids and the 8 year old grandson was glued to the TV at the restaurant watching the game and I told him when Speas came out there that our manager made a big mistake.

I have been wanting them to win so they would hang on to Ohtani. Lol
I think they are going to be in a little bit of a squeeze because if he keeps pitching like he has in his last 3 starts the price is going down and they are going to wish they had pulled the trigger earlier. I agree as I would like to see them make the mistake of keeping him as well. Don't know if there is a franchise that has made more stupid moves. Don't remember them all but I do remember Gary Matthews Jr, Vernon Wells, Josh Hamilton, Pujols even though he surprised me that he made it through the contract even if he had to hobble through it and I have to include Trout in the mix along with Rendon even though we wanted him as well so we dodged a bullet on that one.

It’s funny how the tune changes from in the Spring and Summer it’s “Let’s Go Dodgers” and in the late Fall and Winter it’s “Fire Dave Roberts” all over social media.
