Looks great do far.

Two things: I think Kovy is a little too huge. Same thing with ILWT.

Trying to find something critical to say, but I love it. Maybe the location of sportshoopla.com could be somewhere else, but I don't see a better spot.

well wait a sec.

what if you kept a lou shout out (sorry cup)
but made it a bit smaller... or instead put literally "ILWT" somewhere in the banner instead of full out "In lou we trust"

Only thing i'd say, but you die hards may not want your logo smaller. I'd say shrink the NJ logo a bit, and put sportshoopla.com under it, and lower the "ILWT" to not block Kovy's face, this way you can see all three players. I like the way you combined the three... That's prolly all I'd say.

I actually like this idea a lot. I don't think the team logo is that important when you also have it there several times on the jerseys and the team colors throughout the banner.

Picture is great! In my opinion, writing over the face is ruining picture. Agree that team logo does not have to be there. Also web URL could be smaller and in different place.
