PSN & EA Servers

I can't play Battlefield for more than 5 minutes without losing connection to the EA Servers and getting booted out. Is it acting shitty for anyone else? It's been like this for four or five days.

Don't worry, its not you. Just read the news. Some group DDos'd PSN and Xbox Live on Christmas and took them down. Microsoft recovered after a day or so but since Sony apparently has no cyber security measures with any thing in their company, PSN has been down and struggling for a week. Well it looks like PSN is fixed now, but I still keep losing connection to EA Online...which I think has something to do with my internet/modem/firewall. It's never done this before. After doing some research, it looks like I have to open up some ports?? Port Forwarding?? WTF is that shit!

Right now I'm just using my mobile hotspot from my phone to play online, so I don't keep losing connection

The Need for Speed Hot Pursuit servers on my PS3 are still active after I signed up for the 2 day pass(I may sign up for the online pass). My psn screenname is in the middle
