Pet Peeve Bronco Plays in History

Which plays by the Denver Broncos most made you angry for the stupidity of it all.

I'll get it started with:

Hiking the ball over Manning's head the 1st offensive play of the Super Bowl against the Seahawks.

Well, I don't have a particular play in mind but off the top of my head, I hated watching Kyle Orton lead the team, as he frequently curled up in a ball and gave up. Mr. Turtle/Neckbeard.....whatever you want to call him. I still hate Josh McDaniels to this day for sending Cutler packing and bringing in Orton.

Also......any of the plays late in the playoff game against the Jags in 1996. That game was heart crushing.

The Broncos lost that game because Perry couldn't get off the field in time. This is a very good one.

This isn't a play either, but the entire Tim Tebow season - caused me to hate myself for loving every miracle minute of it.

As for plays - the many times John Fox decided to kneel out the clock in the half - while he had Peyton F Manning as his QB.

Every personal foul for stupid hits, eye gouges, or fights after the whistle.

Lining up incorrectly on defense on a FG attempt against KC in2016. KC took points off the board and went on to score a TD. Denver lost in overtime and missed out on playoffs by one game.
Simple play that required team to line up correctly could say cause Denver to miss the playoffs

Man that must have been a ball breaker. I was watching that game with a friend who is a Ravens fan, it was entertaining watching the reaction. I wanted to know who the defender was as I felt sorry for him, then I saw hit was Moore who sucked in Washington so I said "fuck him".

I was at that game. That was the coldest game I have been at in Denver and then for them to lose the way they did was heart breaking from a Broncos fan perspective. The Ravens seemed to be a team of destiny that year with Lewis retiring at years end. Doesn't make it any more disappointing.

I don't remember the year but it seemed like for the first 4 or 5 games the Defense had multiple too many players on the field each game. It seem counting was too much for them. That is pretty basic stuff.

I don't think the football world will ever understand Joe Flacco. When it's playoff time he does tend to turn into Ben Rothlisberger and that's so weird because he ain't any good.

That one was stupid but didn't bother me since it was a blowout win. Still upsetting but was easy to pass up due to the score.

One play I always think of was when Dante Hall returned the punt for a TD against us in a close game. Willie Middlebrooks was clipped twice and someone else was clipped (maybe Keith Burns) I am not one to blame refs and I still don't for the loss of the game, but that one was frustrating. Cost us the game. Had to see the play for years after.

Chris McAllister 109 yard missed FG return at the end of the half on MNF. Ray Lewis leveling Keith Burns on the return. (nobody seemed to know he was back then until he was running with the ball) Lack of awareness.

How about a stupid play by another member vs the Broncos? Colt Anderson taking a full on sprint hit to David Bruton on a kickoff return that went out of the back of the end zone? Injury him, so unnecessary.

Not a stupidy play but while we are on the talk of plays. One of the saddest plays in broncos history.

Kevin Everett losing his career over a tackle on a kickoff on a return from Broncos WR Domenik Hixon as Everett laid motionless on the ground breathing heavily.
