IIRC they had Gunner short just in case the punt didn't travel so far. Regardless Harry just needed to get away. Granted he slippped which didn't help either.

Harry will have a big TD this season. They're setting teams up to think all he does is block.They will sneak him off the line for a big score against a stout run D when they need it.

Yeah it was huge, game of the week for sure. Show of forces in AFC, 2 good teams. Exceptional game plan tonight by the Pats.
And the Bills were in it until the end.

Do not remember the last time I saw a game like that. Mac passed once early, then 2 in one series. Those were the only passes. 3 total in 2 offensive series. All the rest of the plays were runs, thru the middle, off-tackle, sweeps, the whole array of run plays, but no trick plays. Remarkable!

Remarkable! Should have stayed at one pass. They actually could have thrown zero passes and the result would have been the same. Maybe. A game with no pass attempts would be something.

Good strat. Rookie QB, 40 MPH winds, against the best pass defense in the league. The Bills also have a decent rush defense but it's not as good... you're going against a great corner and 2 amazing safeties... the hell would you pass for? lol.

The Bills had 10 men stacked at the line and they still couldn't stop them. It actually burned them worse on the Harris TD. Once he broke that stack, he was gone. No one at the second level to stop him.

Harry back there on the punt was the one stupid coaching decision. With Gunner unavailable, why not put everyone on the line and go for the block?

Yes Gunner was short I did see that. I still don't see why Harry was in the game at the moment to begin with... He isn't a "hands" guy either so it didn't make sense and it almost cost the Pats the game

Was reviewing at same time... this was at the 31 consecutive runs (ended at 32).

Jones should have stayed with the 1 pass... his rating was 116 and dropped all the way to 84 with the 2 passes on the series late in game
