According to Forbes, the five most valuable franchises in the world are the Cowboys ($4 billion), Real Madrid ($3.26 billion), the Patriots ($3.2 billion), the New York Yankees ($3.2 billion) and Barcelona ($3.16 billion).

Two of the five most valuable are Spanish Soccer teams, two are NFL Franchises and of course the Yankees.

Jones bought the Cowboys for $149M and Kraft bought the Patriots for $94M.

......I thought Kraft was into the Pats for about $134-million.....?.....still/not bad....!,......Kraft still owns 100's of acres of developable/land around that stadium ,......a ca$ino would've been nice across the street (with Wynn), too bad.

Soccer is extremely popular in Europe so it doesn't surprise me in the least. Neither do any of these teams on the list

Jets are #6 on the list with Miami settling in at #16 for less than half the price of NE $1.85 billion......
