Padres interested in Shaun Marcum

There are no shortage of question marks on the Padres 2013 starting rotation and Marcum is certainly one of the best available pitchers on the free agent market. He's hardly the picture of consistency though and won't come cheap. It'll be interesting to see if they go after him or not.

If you can get him for a good price and he is healthy I would take him in a heart beat.
