I'm not bitter. And to be clear, I think Oklahoma fans are some of the best. But I do hate how everyone thinks Baker is this incredible QB destined for NFL greatness, when he has struggled in most games with good defenses and hasn't shown a ton of precision vertically.

I'm so torn about this game. On the one hand, last year's playoff game with Ohio State was a ton of fun (though I do think the Buckeyes were young and will be even better this year). On the other hand, I hate that cocky Baker Mayfield with a passion, think he's extremely overrated, and would love to hand him his third loss, especially after his comments last time.

Nobody thinks he's destined for NFL greatness. Not sure who you've been listening to. He is a great college quarterback though.

I doubt he sees NFL greatness or even game time. But the deep pass is his best asset.

Looks like on Gameday a good portion of the signs are aimed at Baker. He tends to excel in adversity. He didn't vote himself a Heisman candidate the past two seasons. He is just part of the equation. Will the O line give him a chance? Will his targets be on? Can OU establish the run? Can our D do their job? Will special teams be special? Just hoping its closer than last year.

That all depends on your D-line's ability to get pressure on him. If he gets any time in the pocket or is able to buy himself time he'll pick your secondary apart. A lot of people feel we have one of the best offensive lines in the nation.
