I wonder if the Rangers coaches try to discourage Hamilton from diving at the ball like he did in inning #1? I bet they all cringed when they saw that dive.
Pineda is not as sharp as he was earlier in the year against the Rangers. Still throwing the ball hard but no movement on the fastball and his location sucks.
American Pickers is interesting today. I just love those old bicycles. Wish I did not hurt my knee a couple of months back and I could go riding in the morning. Heck, might anyway.
Darned it. Ogando still struggling. His command is just a bit off due to the layoff. He isn't getting anyone out right now. Goodness, 5-3 now. When Seattle scores more than 2 runs you know you haven't got it on that night.
Wow! Nolan was so frank concerning Ogando's outing. That man knows pitching. I really think that the teams success can be directly attributed to his influence. Leadership is pretty darned important.
Nolan giving some serious props to Napoli. Apparently, they were concerned about his Defense based on Scioscia but are mighty impressed with his game calling and his catching ability and how well he works with the pitchers. Maybe old Scioscia ought to lighten up.
