Pretty interesting numbers in the article. Surprised at a few of the choices that folks stopped drinking.

I am surprised by the decline in MGD, Michelob, and to a lesser extent Milwaukee's Best. MGD is understandable since it is not promoted at all. Michelob has also lost funding since the release of Michelob Ultra. Milwaukee's Best however has never had advertising so it's drop is less understandable. Whatever, I'll still drink the beast does't have to sell good to be good to me.

The beast is probably suffering because of other cheap beer options like Steel Reserve popping up.

I still buy the beast semi occasionally. Used to live on the stuff in college.

Can't say I make a habit of buying any of the others. Stuff like MGD, High Life and Old Mill are old man beers. lol

if they rebranded michelob as a laxative i bet sales would pick up.
