Swinney has a stipulation in his contract which would make his buyout 1.5 times larger if he left for Alabama. He would have to pay Clemson $7.5 million to leave for Tuscaloosa this year, while it would be $5 million to leave for any other school in the country.

Yeah. He's made no secret he'd like to coach at Alabama, but talking to our fans I'd say the rankings right now would be,

1. Lanning
2. Kiffin
3. Dabo

The concerns with Dabo are his hostility to the transfer portal (1 player in total has transferred there) and NIL along with some questioning rather or not his success was a product of his staff vs him. But, he appears to be the only contender with a Natty and he'd be the only coach that could come in and say 1 match Smart's 2 Nattys.
