How about a $250 cap, no designation for HOF, which allows for current great players.

League MVP $40(only charged once for multiple winners)
OPOY $30
DPOY $30
All Pro $3 per
Pro Bowl $1 per

You don't combine categories, you take highest number from one. Example, Player A was a League MVP, 8 time All Pro, 14 time Pro Bowler. He gets $40 for MVP, $24 for AP, 14 for PB, so his cap hit is $40

Player has to have played at least 60 games to be eligible.

Standard Roster
1 QB
6 RB/FB/TE/WR
1 LT
1 LG
1 C
1 RG
1 RT
1 LDE
1 LDT
1 RDT
1 RDE
1 LLB
1 MLB
1 RLB
3 CB
1 SS
1 FS

If you play a 3 - 4 then you will have
1 LDE
1 NT
1 RDE
1 LOLB
1 LILB
1 RILB
1 ROLB

If we have 24 players then that is a little over $10 per person which is a pretty good average. I think $250 is fine considering the majority of the best players will be priced at $30 or $40.

IDEAS??? I think $250 might be too high...

I guess it is OK... but we need a couple rules IMO...

1. all never pro bowl's count as 1
2. you cant draft a player who has less than 64 GP(4 full seasons)-

I think we should make it more than 64 games played.

Agree with one, not with two. If a player has played less than 64 he is either a great player and therefore worthy, or he's not, and will get you beat if you pick him

I don't mind if you take one for MVP or OPOY,DPOY, as they will be expensive... But for the number of all pros or pro bowls... definitely not...

Depends if I'm guaranteed Bo Jackson for my team if I'm playing this draft.
