Yes, it helps. It helps with certain efficiencies in managing the team and it should help with attracting and keeping Free Agent players - as players want to be part of a high-class organization - with good facilities for locker rooms, conditioning and practice.

It shows a willingness to provide the "best possible" in every situation .. If everything is first rate, hopefully that translates on the field .. I was impressed last season when ownership spent $400,000 on new grass for the final game - it's gotta make the players - and potential Broncos - feel confident ...

It will definitely help with free agents. If Denver is known as an A+ training facility certain players may sign here over a team like Arizona who was given an F in a lot of categories last year.
