I have been posting links all over different sport forums asking them to vote.

What I meant is people are voting not based on the teams but rather because someone asked them to vote for a certain team because the GM of the other team said it was a given his team was better.

Maybe it's just me but if we are going to have people voting who aren't actually voting for the team they believe is best why even open voting to the masses?

For the record I was messing with DJ to start a little trash talking for the championship round... For some reason a guy on another board took that and told everybody on the thread to vote against team 4 regardless of what they thought about the teams... It's pretty childish IMO... If you're not interested in the competition and/or don't want to vote don't... All 8 participants put time and effort in, whether you're into it or not really isn't the point...

For me, I think we let the votes continue until the deadline... Regardless of what happened I feel/felt both teams were/are good enough to win and so I stand by whatever the outcome... Good luck DJ! I hope you lose though!!!

Yeah, I also think from now on we only post where we are known and only ask people we know to vote, I dont want this to happen again.

I should have asked permission to post on the different sites to the Mods of that forum. That way they would have taken it more seriously. It was a learning experience. However like I told Nos we did get a lot of attention and traffic to the Mock Draft site which is key to making this site grow. I say we continue to have a mass voting on the matchups until we get to the championship game. We elect 7 permenant championship voters and 2 alternates. If a person from the selection committee is in the championship then we use 1 of the alternates.
