Clayton that suggestion was spot on... It gives me a spotlight for my bigs while the lob from Miller to JRich would be killer... Then Westbrook to the bench gives me a huge boost off the bench... :suds:

I have to go with E. Personally, I think F has the better starters, even if just slightly, but E's bench just crushes it.

I don't like voting like this because it only gives 1 point regardless of the gap, and it doesn't take chemistry into account... But even like this it isn't close... What happened here...?:noidea:

So Andre Miller and Jason Richardson is going to stop Deron Williams and Dwade in their prime?

Good luck

Westbrook off the bench is nice, but put Marion in his prime on him and it's game over.

Who's gonna stop Elton Brand (24-11) off the bench? Paul Millsap? People forget but Elton Brand was one of the most dominant power forwards of our generation.

Josh Smith (2.9 blks), Dwyane Wade (1.3 blks), Emeka Okafor (2.6 blks), Shawn Marion (1.7 blks) and Larry Sanders (2.8 blks) are all great shot blockers and defensive specialist at their position.

Not to mention Vincanity who was 25-27 ppg in his prime

Mike Miller was regularly 40-43 % from 3 while scoring 15-18 ppg. One year he shot 48 % from 3.

I like Kawhi but he has yet to put together a full season where he's actually great. He's half the player Shawn Marion is in his prime and I'm being generous.

Hahaha... You must be asking people to come vote for you cause this was over... Look at the people who commented... BLOWOUT... E bench crushes... E bench is versatile... What else is said...? Crickets...

First, Andre Miller is a solid defender and DWill isn't going to beat him, add 9th all-time assists... And if he and DWade get by their defenders they run into 2 DPOY players who can move, and who do you have starting at the 4 and 5... Garbage... If you think Brand was your man why isn't he starting...? Vince is nice but he's no Lebron and how'd he do vs Kawhi... May be the best wing defender in the game... Vince isn't getting over 15, you realize DWade won't be passing right...

As for the rest... Prince is = to Marion... Just because you picked him doesn't mean he's better... As a whole my team is better suited to play together... Offense doesn't rely on 1 or 2 players going ISO and defense is everywhere... Versatility is crazy...

You have a problem with 2 =... So if I did agree which I don't...

If you seriously think Tayshaun Prince is equal to Shawn Marion in his prime then you haven't watched much basketball

And Kawhi Leonard is the best wing defender in the game?

The Spurs might have won the series but Lebron still had 28 and 8 shooting 57 %. Shut down defense right?

Let me know when Kawhi puts together a full season like Ron Artest, Shawn Marion, Andrei Kirilenko, Dwyane Wade on the defensive end. I'll be waiting

SAN ANTONIO – The NBA today announced that San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team for the 2013-14 season. Leonard becomes the seventh Spurs player in franchise history to be named to an NBA All-Defensive Team.

In his third season, Leonard averaged career-highs with 6.2 rebounds, 1.73 steals (10th in the league) and 0.76 blocks in 66 total games. He led the team in steals in 28 games and in rebounds and blocks on 12 occasions each.

His 1.73 steals per game average marked the most by a Spurs player since Manu Ginobili in 2003-04 (1.77). On two occasions this season Leonard tallied five steals in a contest (11/20 vs. Boston and 3/6 vs. Miami).

This is his 3rd year and this is where he is... A quiet guy on a team with Tim Duncan in SA... He made this without any hype, watch what happens now that he has a name, oh yeah Finals MVP... 3rd Youngest I think...? Yeah, he might be the best wing defender in the league...

Tayshaun was a good complimentary role player and defensive specialist. I enjoyed watching him shut down Kobe in the finals.

But...

Marion was one of the best all around small forwards during his time

Not sure anyone thinks these two are remotely close to being equal besides you.

Like I said, I like Kawhi and he has a bright future ahead of him. But there's plenty of wing defenders I would take in this draft before I consider taking Kawhi who have a much better body of work in their prime

Look at this logically... Your team has 1 scoring big... I own the paint offensively... My bigs take your bigs out of the paint... You're bigs allow my bigs to camp on defense... DWade's strength is the ability to drive by players... He's running right into our strength... Both my PG are great rebounders, 3 of my 5 bigs are exceptional rebounders and Kawhi is a way better rebounder than Vince... You want to argue if Marion is better than Prince... We disagree, but if I'm wrong it's not by much... Tayshaun was a lock down defender, 4x all-defensive second team... Marion not 1 time on any defensive teams... They're pretty much the same age and have played the same years... Marion 36 drafted 1999, Prince 34 drafted 2002... Explain that...

I like the defensive combo of KG and Noah but overall your starting lineup doesn't generate any offense

Jason Richardson was decent in his prime scoring 21-23 ppg but he shot 41-44 % during that time. Your only consistent offense is KG.

Deron went up against Tim Duncan in the playoffs in 06 and still averaged 25.8 ppg shooting 52 %. I'm sure KG and Noah would fluster him some, but Deron Williams in his prime gets his

Dwyane Wade going up against the Detroit Pistons (considered one of the decade's best defense) dropped 40, 36, then 28 in the 05 playoffs before getting hurt. In 06 against the Pistons Dwyane Wade averaged 26.7 ppg shooting an incredible 61 % from the field. Dwade in his prime was not afraid of any defense.

Vince Carter's 3 prime years in the post season, 27.3 ppg, 26.8 ppg, and 29.6 ppg

Josh Smith and Emeka are great rim protectors. Emeka was 14-15 ppg 10-11 reb with 2 blks a game in his prime. Josh Smith averaged 2.6, 2.9, and 2.8 blks for a 3 year stretch.

Off the bench I have a good mix of speed, shooting, athleticism, and shot blocking

Gordon Dragic (20 ppg 6 ast 50 % fg 40 % 3)
Mike Miller (15-18 ppg 6 reb 46-50 % fg 40-43 % 3)
Shawn Marion (20 ppg 11 reb 1.5 stl 2 blks 50 % fg 33-38 % 3)
Elton Brand (20-24 ppg 11 reb 2 blks)
Larry Sanders (9.8 ppg 9.5 reb 2.8 blks)

Not to mention Elton Brand dominates every big coming off your bench

Eric Gordon vs Jamal Crawford is interesting. I personally love Crawford's game, but at the end of the day he regularly shoots 39-42 % from the field. Eric Gordon averaged 22 ppg shooting 45 %.
