Wall < Nash
Johnson < Allen
Durant > Artest
Pau > O'Neal
LA > Deandre

That said, Wall matches up really well with Nash and Artest matches up well with Durant. That leaves:

Pau > Jermaine and fairly easily if we are talking primes of both and LA > Deandre and fairly easily although Jordan will still get Rebounds. Allen > Johnson on the other side and Team J having the better (possibly much better) bench.

I have Team B in a close one

Stoudemire could come in and play against Gasol for some added offense and move O'Neil to center.

Yeah, but I can't get passed the fact that the Phoenix Suns tried and failed against many teams with

Nash, JRich, Amare and a very deep bench,
Nash, Joe Johnson, Marion, Amare
Nash, Marion, Diaw
Nash, Amare, post prime Shaq

and they all failed whether it was to Dirk or Duncan or Kobe and that was with 2 playoff series wins where the Suns had almost no business winning (Lakers and Clippers one year).

And these teams didn't lose to superteams like we've built

I have Team B in a close one

Wall < Nash
Johnson < Allen
Durant = Artest
Pau > Stoudemire (Close edge to Gasol)
Aldridge > Oneil or Jordan

Bench: Clearly Team J

Winner Team J. (My unbiased opinion)

But Team J has the best 3PT shooter ever in the NBA on it which the Suns never had. Now team that up with assists from Nash, PTS from Amare, and Blocks and Rebounds from the games best past and present in O'Neil and Jordan it nots the Suns team of the past.

I am saying Artest can play with Durant. Now Durant will score more but I don't consider either dominating the other. KD is a excellent player who will be coming to Bullets in 2016 :hope: but Artest in his prime was a great defender.

They aren't even in the same league

Thats kinda how I see the Wall/Nash matchup, too. Wall is waaaaaay too fast for Nash and is long on the defensive end. Shaun Livingston used to give Nash troubles on the defensive end and Wall could be used in a similar fashion and attack him on the offensive end.

Fine then it was wishful thinking. I never had a chance to change my lineup for this matchup so that's my excuse

I agree I think Wall could play with Nash. It would be a great matchup.

Team B probably does have the worst bench of all of the teams, though. I do think this is a close matchup

That's what I don't understand. Benches never get looked at in voting. Its who is your starting 5. Maybe next draft its just starters (fast draft) but since the bench is ignored why draft them. If your bench lacks depth then what happens when you rest your starters. Answer: Guys like Amare, Conley, and Jamison on the bench score a ton.

In my rankings I think I had these teams 4 & 5 so it doesn't surprise me it's this close and watching Ritz beg is quite fun...
