Murphy breakout player for 2015?

not only is Trent getting high marks from the coaching staff, but he is also being mentioned positively by his teammates. Mcnighton and paea have both said he has been the most impressive so far. Will he be the breakout player for this year? If not, who do you believe will be the biggest surprise for this team this year?

I called for Murphy to have a breakout year this season on another website, but man it would be lovely to see a safety ball like 9000 for the Skins.

I think everyone has hit on all the likely candidates and the are my picks as well. So I'll just throw another one out there just for discussion: Chris Thompson. Is this the year he stays healthy and learns to pick up the blitz? We've needed a speed back here forever, I loved the pick on draft day and still hold out hope.

Or to put the RB picking up the blitz question another way. Is this the year someone teaches any Skins RBs to pick up the blitz?

Awesome. The potential for this front seven & their backups is higher than it has probably been in a very long time. Let's hope that at least most of these guys follow through & make the pass rush a strength and not a liability like it was in past years.
