As far as the kids movies go, I'm partial to Ratatouille and Up.
Ratatouille was good.
I also really like the Bee Movie with Seinfeld, pretty clever actually.

but almost everyone I know hates how No Country ends.
I thought the movie and book was more of a commentary on the hubris of American exceptionalism and the villain's inability to be defeated or contained by such a ridiculous notion of self worth.
God may wreck his car but its still up to man to actually report him to the authorities. Instead we are easily bribed into submission even if we know its wrong.
The Hobbit
That movie sucked balls
Your interpretation is probably more correct as that is basically what The Road is about or certainly it's last lines IIRC. Admittedly I haven't read No Country cover to cover. Its just been sitting on my shelf because I've seen it 5 times. My take is that it's much more simple. It's commentary on the hubris of humanity to think that the universe gives a flying fuck about our fate(s).
The only meaning, is what we assign to it.
I can see someone maybe having an indifferent opinion of the Dark Knight but anyone who says they hate it is just trying to start shit.
For me, Inglorious Basterds tops the list. A few others are Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, 28 Days Later and The Royal Tannenbaums to round out a top 5 list at the moment.
