Amazing Charles' career YPC (5.6) is #1 all time given some of the lousy teams he's been on with no passing game.

Great runningback.

Still not impressed with Williams (at least as a 100 million dollar man). John Clayton said it best, "Williams is a sacker, but not necessarily a pass rusher." He gets to the QB sometimes, usually in bunches. But he doesn't seem to provide consistent pressure the way that Aldon Smith or Robert Quinn do, those guys affect almost every game throughout especially in crunch time.

And sometimes he has been very consistent, but I've felt the same way about Peppers for much of his career.

As far as WR being overlooked I'd go with Antonio Brown he's a bigtime playmaker but since he's not 6'5" or runs a 4.2 40 he doesn't seem to get as much hype based on his production.

I think so as well but since I'm a Steelers fan I didn't want to be accused to started a thread JUST to hype my own team.

If you look at his stats he's right with the best in the league, and that's WITH the slow start our offense got off to at the beginning of the year.

Name a player that's over looked by most of the league despite the job he's doing.

My pick...

Josh Gordon of the Cleveland Browns.

Agree...the guy is a flat out beast...but CLE is not going to get much ink until they win more games.

Since you beat me to the punch on Gordon...my other pick is also on the Browns.

Jordan Cameron, and I'll throw Heath Miller in with him...we know Heath well of course, but outside the DIV I'm not so sure.

Fans around the league know and love Heath. When he catches the ball you hear, "HEEEEATH" from the crowd. Don't know that he's a HoFer, but I don't think he's over looked.

Hype, no but he's made the pro bowl...I might still put him on this list.

Steeler fans travel, but maybe you're right.

Gave you a thumbs down on this as you didn't keep your post on topic by answering the question. It was just a post sticking your tongue out at Heath and/or their fans.

And if you want to get technical...

Fans were doing, "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE" long before they did "HEEEEAP".

So there.

I answered the question earlier in the thread, so take your thumbs down and shove it up your ass.

I'm gonna say Alex Smith.....Jimmy Jim bought the hype with Kopatrick and let his best qb go to KC....
Andy knows a good qb when he sees one and is known for getting the most out of them....

My pick...

Josh Gordon of the Cleveland Browns.

When you mention great WR's in the NFL you usually hear names like Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, etc and may I add rightfully so, but this year the guy leading them all in yards is Josh Gordon.

1,467 yards, 9 TD's and is averages 122 yards a game.

NFL Stats: by Player Category

Bullshit. He's seriously overrated.

He gets mentioned as a top flight receiver far too much, and the idea is laughable.
