For Oregon, I like the ones in pics 3 and 4.

3 - looking like a Duck, I don't care, I like it. You're the Ducks. Own that shit. Edit: it does remind me of Miamis mascot though. But that's okay, own that shit and take it from them.

4 - Pretty cool fade design. Keep the wings on the shoulders, nice touch.

Get rid of everything else.
