Game Thread: Miami Heat week 2 Game Thread

This thread is for the games of the week of novemember 4th through the 9th. Not exactly a week - but you guys get the point.

This week games feature: Houston Rockets at home, Charlotte on the road , Minnesota at home and Dallas on the road.

Another tough week for us.

If we can go 3-1 I would be very pleased.

Road game in Dallas on the 2nd night of a B2B will be tough

Yeah, I'll be happy with 3-1. Dallas is going to be a tough game.

Yeah Dallas is the game that I think we probably lose.

2nd night of a B2B in Dallas will be tough.

Houston will be tough also but they'll be coming to Miami on the 2nd night of a B2B.

I think we should beat Charlotte & Minnesota

I think Ennis is going to be out of the rotation soon.

When McRoberts/Granger are fully back, Spo will have to decide between Williams or Ennis and he gotta lean towards Williams since Williams seems like our only true 3 pt specialist

I would hate to see Ennis get moved out of rotation. He has so much potential and needs to keep playing to reach it.

I think depending on what granger gives us, he may replace granger down the road but even though I hate Williams, he gotta stay in the rotation as he & Dawkins are the only 3 pt specialist on this team

Ennis will be out of rotation. But will be back in... 82 games guys get hurt. Plus he is a fan favorite. I really think by march/april he will the first forward off the bench.

Hope we take advantage tomorrow and play a great game against the Rockets. Will need some strong D on the perimeter and will need some of Hamilton's 6 fouls against Dwight. Would be real nice to start 4-0.

As for containing Dwight - The first couple of games the Heat have dictated the flow of the game of which has helped propel them to victory. If they impose their will on the game early - they can dictate the flow of the game and Dwight.

8-10 minutes? Seriously Spo

UD or Granger better be playing if you plan on giving McRoberts 8-10 minutes with Bird out.

At somepoint McRoberts minutes got to increase. I understand he's coming off an injury but still gotta increase some point soon.

We have 4 games this week and by the end of the week, McRoberts would have played 6 games.

No way in hell should he be playing 8-10 minutes Sunday in Dallas. He gotta be between 15-20 by then.

Spo is doing right by limiting his minutes at this point. Pretty sure he will increase those minutes as games go by and sees how McRob responds.

Funny. Last season people were calling for so many guys to sit and rest due to injury - no everyone wants to push these guys to play all the way through when they arent 100% yet. S.Fla sports fans at their best
