r*pe is a very hard crime because people are afraid to report it. You also have people that will cry r*pe to abuse the system. Most of the r*pe charges against political candidates are bogus for example. Still, they need to investigate these charges.

Agreed. However, if the accusations are found to be entirely fabricated such as that stupid bitch who falsely accused that Ohio state DB a couple years back, they ought to be subject to criminal charges and civil suit. It’s difficult in most cases but in that case they had video evidence that proved she was lying. The fact that she gets to just go on with her life is a bunch of horse shit.

It makes it hard for r*pe victims to win and it makes it hard to convict women that lie about r*pe. People abuse the system but it is our system.
