Well -- the offense looked great and marched right down the field. Then it got really ugly. Short yardage plays are still killing the Lions.

Why is LeShoure a healthy scratch?

UGH -- i guess my keys to the game of holding Peterson to 75-100 yards rushing and no big runs is done with.

Its what happens when you loss gap integrity. It was a good play design with the cutback but no way the hole should be that open.

I don't understand how that can be incomplete, he caught the ball and passed the goal line. what is the difference between a running back jumping up and touching the nose of the ball on the goal line and a WR with possession and crossing the goal line?

with that logic -- if a running back jumps up in the air and the ball reaches the ball out for a TD -- the defense should be able to knock it free until he hits the ground and that isn't the rule.

I hate that rule.....once he broke the goaline...it should of been 6....but i understand the call....just doesnt seem right since a ball carrier can break the plain and fumble and its no fumble.
