The comedy requires you be in a particular mood. And the last Letterkenny season and the special they had kinda soured me to the format. I tried watching Shorsey, and while it definitely had a Letterkenny vibe, I was not in the right mood, so I didn’t even finish the first episode. I will go back to it eventually, but I haven’t been in the right mood.

Reservation Dogs is very similar. It is ok, but I can’t binge it more than 1 or 2 episodes at a time. I still haven’t finished the first season.

Yeah, that last season was kinda off, and the special could have gone unmade.
Shorsey is a more linear plot, where Letterkenny was more episodic.
Keeso does a great job with the main character, Shoresy, and at no time during the season did he remind me of Wayne. That is what I was worried about before watching it.

Watching the new season now. Not sure if I am done with the show or if it has changed in the last couple seasons. It just feels way over the top at this point.

When I am super high watching this show and they go into the long drawn out segments of music playing and no talking it really fucks with me. Halfway through I wonder how long it has been going on, and then I never recover. To this day I wonder if the those scenes are real

Just finished the season (6 episodes, so an easy binge), and the end the season on one of those.

So they finally put this thing out of its misery. Final season dropped today. Watching ep 1 now.
