It was just odd they went with "natural causes" right away but I'm guessing the goal was to make it clear nothing like murder or suicide occurred.

Someone needs CAC test, ultrasound, or a CT Angiogram to confirm the presence of troublesome arterial plaque.

And an official event, like a stroke or heart attack, would be the result of this issue.
