USC Head Coach Rumors: Jeff Fisher, Jack Del Rio Linked to Potential Opening

USC could dip its toes into the failed NFL head coaching waters if the school fires Clay Helton.

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports appeared on Fox Sports Radio on Wednesday and said the most prominent names linked to the job are Jeff Fisher and Jack Del Rio. Penn State coach James Franklin has also been linked to the position but offered no comment on the situation Tuesday.

I’m back on the Jeff Fisher wagon. We had some bad years in STL and I mean bad. But he’s also the former coach of the Titans who were 1 yard short of a super bowl against the GSOT Rams.

And he did get lucky and drafted Aaron Donald and Todd Gurley..

And it’s the holidays so I’m not gonna dog J Fish any more.
