iTunes Frustration Question

Okay so I loaded all my personal CDs to iTunes to copy them to my iPod then neatly packed them away for storage. A friend recently asked me for a CD of an album I have which is on my iTunes but I will be damned if I can figure how to make a copy to CD. Anyone ever done this? I am missing the boat here?

Get a thumbdrive. Load up tons of stuff. Give said thumbdrive to friend. Let them burn their own CDs if they want em.

I haven't used a physical CD to listen to music for years...


Thumbdrives are inexpensive. You can use them over, and over again. They hold way more music and are significantly less cumbersome. Also, just as easy to do, and you can do it, almost as fast...only difference is, yer loading ten times the music on a drive.

For the same price that you pay for blank cd's, you can get a thumbdrive, and give your friend 100's of cd's.

Why is that? Because I asked a specific question got an asinine response, responded to that response, and I'm the heavy here? Sure that makes sense. I have no idea why he asked specifically for a CD maybe its for his truck, or the radio in his garage, where he works on cars. I don't know, but he asked for a CD and that was clearly stated. If I had wanted to know how to save music to a thumb drive I would have asked that.
