This season has been an emotional rollercoaster. These guys would be neck-n-neck with the Angels if they could:
a) get up for crappy teams
b) have a homefield advantage

this is the most frustrated I've ever been with any team I've rooted for. You can't even say 'well, they're young, this is going to happen".

Best pitching staff in baseball and this offense can't just be average... If they could just be average the Mariners would easily make the playoffs .... Problem is they make below average pitchers look like cy young award winners.... If the Mariners fail to make the post season it's no mystery why.... They can't hit... As a team offensively they should feel embarrassed when you consider how historically good this pitching staff has been all year ... They can't be spotted a better chance to win games as and offense..
