Another losing record division title maybe?
I wouldn't rule that out
It just wouldn't surprise me to see them fuck up the draft order by somehow pulling off a division title when nobody expected it

The team is playing with house money and Pete is still the best man for the job.

If the Seahawks somehow make the playoffs Pete should definitely be in the running for coach of the year. I know the Giants and Eagles coaches are also over achieving so it will be a tough one but the heavy hitters we have in our division would give him the edge.

No. Time to move. I'm going with......Fire Pete.

Let's discuss.

1). What are the coaching attributes you believe keep the Seahawks Competitive?

2). What are the coaching attributes you believe are harming the Seahawks?
Could I have been WRONG>
Magic 8 Ball says....... Very Likely....... Ouch but Awesome.

Did anybody seen this Geno MVP season coming?
Count me shocked, but very happy to be WRONG.

At 4-3, I apologize, gladly.
6-1 Giants Coming up.

BUT I had some belief, I did place a $300 preseason bet on the OVER of 5.5 wins.
Pays $515. Go Geno Go. #let'sRide. LOOLLOLL

Probably by at least 2 games. The Cards are feeble. The Rams look like the weakest defending SB Champs that I can recall in a long time, and I have no idea what to make of SF. If 1 of the 4 teams in this division can approach 11 wins, I can't see the 2nd place team having more than 8 or 9.

Makes me wonder how many other flame-out rookie QBs could have been good after years of learning the game on the sideline.

Crazy fact is that Geno Smith has been playing on a one-year contract each year since 2017. I wonder what the end of this year will do for him whether it’s with the hawks or someone else

Going to be really telling what Carroll and Schneider do with Smith after this season.

It's fairly obvious with everything that's been said Carroll wants a yes man... go in and do the plays we fuckin' say, and fuck your feelings... Geno is doing that right now... but what happens if he gets paid?

I can see him getting anywhere from 15-25m per year for ~3 years. It would make the most sense for him to stay here and continue to play in the system that he has had success in. Or risk becoming the second russell wilson.

that may actually give teams pause before throwing money at him.

100% with you... Someone on here was saying Geno is gonna get like $40M per year (and trying to compare to Carr who has put together several seasons as a solid starter compared to Genos ONE!? Where Geno is 33, 1.5 years older than Carr)... that is absolutely fuckin' ridiculous to me... nobody is going to give a one year wonder that, ESPECIALLY with how unsuccessful Wilson has been without Carroll's philosophy/system. Geno is going to get $20-$25M per year tops from some team...
