Interesting Kobe Interview

Just saw the "Sunday Conversation" with Kobe on ESPN!! Interesting interview!!

Says he's still looking to be ready opening night and says that he looking to get the final word with Dwight!!

Basically, on Dwight, he said that he is going to let Dwight perform his "due diligence" re: offers from other teams and then talk to Dwight and see if L.A. is where Dwight wants to be. He added that "we want him here"!!

Gonna be an interesting off-season, especially starting July 1st!!

Yea TrojanFan12. I saw that interview as well. Kobe specifically stated that he is "hoping" to return for the opener but also made it clear that medical personnel and their medical progressional assessments will determing his progress-not necessarily what he is hoping for to occur.

Interesting stuff about the team dynamics during the 3 Finals trips post Shaq. Sounds like Kobe was a bit too nice in 2008 and then whipped the team into shape for the 2009 and 2010 titles!
