today he is talkikng about trying to lower the price, and everyone tries that before they buy something but i think he might try to get it too low for the seller to go for
We bought ours in Boyd for $650 an acre about 10 years ago. We lease it out for pasture now. It pays the taxes but ya gotta watch where ya step around the fishing holes. lol
My grandpa owns about 3000 acres in south western kansas so we just drive about a mile out of town and its there. I can't imagine having to travel 3 hours.
yeah ground aint cheap its worse in SD, My father and I own 10 center pivot irrigation quarter sections in Nebraska but we rent the ground out and its farmed to the ditch plus 200 acres of pasture ground. We've been looking up here in SD but ground around here goes nuts.
