Oh it's a real movie that was suppose to come out last year, to capitalize on the Cocaine Bear craze but it it's just keeps getting delayed.

Just watched The Exorcist- Believer on Peacock.
Very low expectations.
Not bad. Played it a little loose with logic and the basic tropes, but it surprisingly held my interest.

Just watched The Exorcist Believer.

Not good. The writing, story and dialogue are all bad. The production was ok, but I really feel like they just didn't understand what made the original so good. I also feel that these guys (Green, Teems, and McBride) probably aren't the most religious. It really felt like they completely did not understand religion and that is what probably led them down the writing they did. Not good.

4/10.

I watched it,thought it was good,not great.....but nothing will evef compare to the first one.......

Not sure.

Curiosity finally pushed me to dig into it. Turns out the house was disassembled from its original location in Round Rock and moved over to Kingsland to be refurbished and made into a hotel. Hotel then became a restaurant. Pretty crazy.

Long Legs, starring Maika Monroe (IT Follows) and Nick Cage. Trailer looks interesting, very atmospheric. Nick Cage is not on the trailer, and I don't know how I feel about him being in a movie that seems like it's supposed to be taken seriously.

Bentley Little is a must read. Not as well known as Stephen King or Peter Straub but he is excellent. He writes about everyday stuff and turns it into some really good stuff....

Can be a bit sick and twisted. You have been warned.

True Detective Season 4 is getting good. It's slow, and has a few unnecessary scenes here and there, but it has some good horror vibes.

Balanced viewpoint on Midsommar's controversial ending. I'm in the second part's camp. Christian wasn't a bad guy and didn't deserve what happened to him, at the end.
