Ugh, Wright gets hurt late in the game on a slide into second, tweaked something. Cuddyer and Wright both leave the game. Not good.
Good game and nice win. The injuries are a bit scary though. Cuddy should be fine but Wright will probably be out a couple weeks.

From Mark Simon:

Between Matt Harvey and managers’ challenges, hit by pitches and injuries, and players playing out of position, there were some noteworthy things that happened in this New York Mets win over Philadelphia on Tuesday night that might have been overlooked or forgotten. Here’s a quick look at five of them.

1. Harvey and four relievers combined for 12 strikeouts and one walk. Through eight games, Mets pitchers have walked only 13 batters. That’s the fewest to this point in a season in team history. The previous mark of 16 was set in 1977. The Mets’ 66 strikeouts ranks tied for third-most. The 2012 staff struck out 73 through its first eight games.

2. Curtis Granderson entered the day with as many base hits as Bartolo Colon, but he got out of his funk with two hits and two runs scored. Granderson also drew another walk. Granderson has a .406 on-base percentage despite a .136 batting average. Granderson’s batting average nearly mirrors what he did in his first eight games in 2014 (.138), but his on-base percentage at this time last season was a meager .242.

3. Lucas Duda got a hit with the bases loaded, a double that plated three runs. Beyond the obvious, why was this notable? From 2012 to 2014, Duda was 3-for-23 with three sacrifice flies with the bases loaded. His last extra-base hit with the bases loaded came during the 2011 season.

4. Rafael Montero bounced back from his shaky outing in Atlanta to get two big outs out of the bullpen. Montero showed more of a willingness to mix it up with his pitch selection, throwing 11 fastballs, two changeups and three sliders. In his last appearance prior to Tuesday he threw 36 pitches -- all fastballs.

5. Buddy Carlyle threw a scoreless seventh inning, and the combination of Carlyle, Sean Gilmartin and Montero allowed the Mets to rest Carlos Torres andJerry Blevins.

Carlyle has now allowed five runs in 33 1/3 innings with the Mets. In that span, he has 29 strikeouts and five walks.

Curious to see how they handle the lineup with Wright out. I mean the most immediate solution could be to move Flores to 3rd and Tejada to short but that kills our lineup.

NEW YORK (4/15)-- Here are the lineups for Wednesday's 7:10 p.m. ET series finale between the New York Mets and the Philadelphia Phillies at Citi Field as the Amazin's go for the sweep.

With David Wright having landed on the DL with a right hamstring strain, newly promoted Eric Campbell starts at third base.

Michael Cuddyer returns to the lineup a day after getting struck in the left hand with a pitch. But Wilmer Flores, who had the same thing happen to his right hand earlier in Tuesday's second inning, is out with soreness....so Ruben Tejada gets a start at SS.

Travis d'Arnaud rises to the No. 2 slot in the lineup that had been occupied by Wright.

• It is Jackie Robinson Day across Major League Baseball. All Mets personnel will wear No. 42.

The Braves lost to the Marlins earlier today, so the Mets can move into a 1st place tie w/ Atlanta by winning tonight's game.

Exactly what should happen in a series like that, just keep winning series baby! Need to to crack down on the Braves, can't lose divisional series.
