Hockey Hall of Fam Inductions 2012

Hockey Hall of Fame's class to be announced live on TSN.ca

Joe Sakic, Brendan Shanahan, Mats Sundin and Jeremy Roenick lead the list of first-year eligible players hoping to get the call from the Hockey Hall of Fame.

The Hall will announces its newest inductees on Tuesday. The 2012 class will enter the Hall on Nov. 22.

You can catch the announcement live on TSN2 and TSN.ca at 3pm et/Noon pt.

Sakic, Shanahan, Sundin and Bure will be in for my player picks

and if Pat Burns does not get in this year. well fuck them all

does Bure go in as a Canuck? I can't see why he would choose any other team. he had scoring success with the Panthers but nowhere near what he did with Vancouver.

The committee would be Out of Touch Dash if he didn't get in. Its a Laugh that he's not in yet. But when it comes to who gets in and does not Some Things Are Better Left Unsaid and I Can't Go For That.

I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I really think Lindros should be inducted. Shortened career aside, was there any player not named Lemieux or Gretzky who was better than Big E? He was a game changer. He put fear in opposing teams. He was a scoring machine. I just think that the HOF has to have some exceptions to the rule or whatever I'm trying to say. I'd put him in there before Bure. I know Canucks fans would disagree but Eric was the more dominant player in his era. Just my two cents.

they were talking about how much grief Pat Quinn got for supposedly being the one guy that stood in front of Bure not getting in last year and that he had a change of heart

also ... what reaction do you think Bure has?

its easy to say he's gonna be over the moon ... but yah ... i could see him being a red-ass and saying to the effect that "I should have been in last year "

I don't know if I would agree with Sundin getting in before Shanny though. That one was a bit surprising.
