Will always be the case
I think Brissett is good enough but not sexy enough for the casuals to call for him at the first sign of trouble. Kept the Browns in the hunt in a tough AFC.

"Up to" $20M. Probably only if he gets a bunch of starts.

I don’t want wins from my backup right now. If I had to resort to a backup, I either want to be shocked at how good they perform or I want to lose. We know Brissett is good enough for a couple of wins but no upside.

That is why I would prefer Cooper Rush.

I can't express how happy I am that Heinicke got paid. Just glad it's not here. He played with no fear and his hair on fire. Does make me question is my boy Kyle Smith really on board with giving TH 20m?
I think I just heard he is making $7 million with incentives to make $10 million, this year.

I wont say every year but if you can find a project every couple of years, you are good to go. As for Purdy, I think he is a product of the team and coach. He had a great OL, good running game, and decent WRs. He was never asked to do too much and the defense was capable of bailing him out.

I remember when somebody from this board kept saying we need Kyle Shanghai back when he was OC in Houston. That was a smart dude. Biggest mistake we made was losing KS.
and the congregation said "Amen." I have always thought he was the biggest lost as a potential HC

McVay was somewhat of a loss as well dont forget.
Absolutely, but I would rank him behind Kyle.

The young assistants hired by Mike are responsible for several HCing positions in the NFL now.

The problem was Dan and Bruce thinking they knew more than than the Shanahans.

BUt thats exactly the problem.

I think we might have had a slim chance of keeping McVay.

But Dan and Bruce torched all bridges to the Shanihan clan.

Also, just going to throw it out there.

If TH was 6'3" instead of 5'11" with his mentality, most of his detractors would have been clamoring for him to get one more chance here.

Man n woman are arguing.

Woman - I'm leaving you.

Man - Get on then! I need some new pussy anyway.

Woman - If you had 2 more inches of dick. You could get some new pussy right here.

All of us have an "If" or two, homey.

Only coach from the Snyder Tree with a Super Bowl win. That's gotta count for something, right? That said. If it produced a Super Bowl trophy I'd be down with it, but one way or another. The bill eventually come due on all that trading McVay engages in.
