Fresh grilled pineapple is damn good. As far as veggies...bell peppers, mushrooms, purple onions, tomatoes, squash, asparagus, egg plant, zucchini, corn...all good stuff.

Not really into it.
Corn is the only thing I really like on the grill.

Agree with pineapple, you don't need to add anything, it's excellent. I also grill pears and apples right off the tree. baste with a little butter and add some brown sugar.

if you can cook it inside, you can cook it outside.

I just throw the pineapple on the grill, although have never tried watermelon on the grill. The veiggies you mentioned...I just throw 'em on plain (although you could marinate them is say Italian dressing) & the corn if possible go w/ the sweet corn. You really don't need seasoning but you should soak the corn (husks & all) in water for 15/20 minutes before putting the whole thing on the grill. Cooking times: the veggies vary, it really depends on how you like them. The corn though because of the husks I like cooking them for at least 30 minutes.

Pineapple is really good grilled. Apple is amazing too, throw a little brown sugar on there and you've got a quick/cheap apple pie.

Veggie grilling nearly anything works. Every vegetable IMO is good grilled.

Stone fruits are good grilled, just need a misting of oil or swipe of butter to keep them from sticking but the sugar caramelizes nicely. It's similar to baking them, which I like to do and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
As far as veggies, pick ones you like and grill. You can marinate or just do olive oil, salt, pepper. I know you're a picky one, but grilled artichokes are awesome. Small stuff can be threaded onto skewers. You can parboil the stuff that takes longer or just make separate skewers of that (like potatoes) and start them earlier.

Oil, salt and pepper...maybe some thyme, depending on the veggie.

All food is better over flame.

This... I primarily do zucchini, bell peppers, hot peppers & corn. Unless its kabobs, then all the above (mix & match).

Light coat of oil, grill over low heat. If you're working with a propane grill be careful because you can char the shit out of veggies pretty quickly. If that's the case then put them on the grill plate not directly over the flame. Takes a little longer but still works. I like to sear the grill marks in then move the veggies onto the toasting rack above the grill plates. Safest/quickest way is to wrap the veggies in foil prior to throwing on the grill.

If you feel like something a little different, grilled plantain is soooo good. Also, grilled romaine takes any salad to a whole different level of good. The classic grilled portobello cap makes for a good burger if you're feeling like taking a vegetarian route for a meal. I've never had them myself, but I've heard grilled figs are tasty. Finally, grill the individual ingredients for a pico de gallo or salsa for a nice roasty flavor in the final product.
