Very good hire by the Bolts in my opinion. A very successfully decelerated college coach and he's going to bring that much more experience to the Lightning bench. He's very good and teaching and developing young players and as we all know the bolts are going to have quite a few young guys playing this year and in the upcoming years. I think this is a real nice addition to the bolts bench, things are looking promising.
