On another note, I hope we can sign Gomez for a few years. I really like what I see from a guy that I think most people had written off and got a, "earn your way in" type contract here. He reminds me of what we had with Manny Malhotra a bit.

Sharks are in Quick's head. He went after the ref complaining about something after the OT winner to get a misconduct. Burns was in his space, Marleau with a stick to the back of the head, Thornton with a perfect screen on the Boyle goal. Sharks are getting to the net and it hasn't quite bounced their way. They still won. Hoping some of those loose pucks off a shot land on a Sharks stick.

To their credit they were playing pretty damn hard while Logan was out. I was really impressed with Pattys play tonight, he was working really hard. Big Joe had a pretty good game to.

Burns was laying the wood tonight. A guy that big that skates that fast is a lot of force. CSN just showed a clip of him finishing checks hard on 4-5 Kings from tonight's game.
