I love it when players don't score they're considered useless.....I usually don't mind Pierre Lebrun, but he says that Demers has been very disappointing this year. Funny Pierre, I thought he's been the best overall defenseman for the Sharks. Do these guys even watch the games?

I will happily take his lowered offensive production for his solid defensive play. The guy has played very well early this year.

No. The only time they watch West Coast games is when they are nationally televised. Otherwise they are just boxscore heros.

Like said, I usually don't mind PLebrun, but he's off base here. I realize also that hockey analysts can't watch every single game, but they should at least have East Coast experts and West Coast experts in my humble opinion.
