This game has all the warning signs of being a trap game. A loosing team, home ice. It would be nice if the Flyers broke out quickly with goals early and then clamped down. Alternatively if they can weather a flurry from the Leafs and then just wear them down and blow the game open. The frightening prospect is the Leafs jumping out early and the Flyers taking penalties out of frustration and never being able to get the momentum going.

Considering how the Flyers have been playing of late I don't THINK that this will be a trap game. I don't know about the Flyers blowing anyone out, they have the talent but you just don't see blowouts anymore in the league.

We need to shore up our passing. Way too many lazy passes getting picked-off by the Leaf. Simmonds flattens a Leaf into the net. Things are chippy out there.

That was a crappy period. Gave up another goal, did nothing on the PP, and basically just skated around. Not going to get a win doing that.
