Doob's analysis:
Flyers haven't looked good so far and playing back to back road games in less than 24 hours is no easy task. In addition the Hurricanes are also looking for their first win of the season. That being said, the Flyers have dominated their series against the Hurricanes, so although I'm very reluctant to pick the Flyers to win, I will pick them to prevail anyways. Probably by a score of 2-1.

Flyers are playing well in their own zone but they're also letting the Hurricanes spend too much time with the puck in their own zone. They gotta do a better job of clearing the puck out of their zone. Maybe set something up in the Canes zone as well? Big 3rd period coming up.

Is Lavy just going to stay in NC? This is more disorganized and passionless than the team ever was then Stevens was fired. At least his teams played Defense.

Only played in spurts looks like they are disinterested. I'm not ready to pull the plug after 3 games as they are too talented but something has to change here. Top line should be completely changed if anything and if players are still hurt sit them!!!!!

I have a great deal of respect for Peter Laviolette as a person & as a coach, also hate to see anyone lose their job, but for a team with that much talent to be 0-3 & scoring 1 goal a game is inexcusable. Clearly a system failure here. Unfortunately the coach must be held accountable. Not sayin' they should fire him now but he should for sure be on the hot seat for his job.

Clearly we're a much better team than last year with the additions, subtractions and health of the current team, but the lack of timing, chemistry and slow decision making is killing this team right now. That is why the dreadful preseason combined with this 0-3 start are unacceptable.
