I wonder if Tocchet and company thought the war room would rule that Nyquist was pushed into Silovs by Zadorov. Goals are certainly at a premium in this series.

If anything doesn’t Zadorov redirect Nyquist away from directly pushing into Silovs?

Honestly if Zadorov just lets him crash into the goalie probably makes it an easier call.

Then again Vancouver may be onto goalie no. 4 after that lol

Yeah, you can certainly make that argument, I'm trying to get into the heads of the guys in the war room (which is scary) and I think they likely come to the conclusion that there is likely no goalie contact if Zadorov doesn't make contact with Nyquist

That said, I would have liked to have seen a challenge just to see the crowd reaction if they rule good goal lol

i don't think van can beat the oilers they way they are playing. the oilers would tear DeSmith/Silovs to shreds and they would get ALL the officiating.

Preds should have already won this series with the way the canucks have played.
