Favorite seasonings that you don't think many use...

What would be something you use that you don't hear about often? My example? Za'atar...It's a middle eastern spice blend that includes Sumac, Sesame seeds, Thyme, Salt. I like to use it with hummus, sprinkled on avocado, etc...Its really good stuff.

Anyone else???

My wife stumbled onto this seasoning. Its tremendous.
Its a steak seasoning but I use it on chicken and it's wonderful.
I guess it's made in Krebs Oklahoma. We just ordered a couple more on line.
