kovalchuk didnt have a great game but he was the main reason we scored 3 goals. the sick pass falling for the 2nd goal. the hustle and taking out mdz for the 4th goal. and the assist on the 5th goal.

Like I said in an earlier game thread, Im more worried about the refs trying to decide this series instead of the players.

That was a kicked in goal. No question. But the word came from on high to let it go. Either way the Rock will Rock on Friday.

a kicked goal, and a goal where it was pushed in under the glove while the ref was already going to blow the play dead....nope, the refs arent helping the Rangers at all

This was probably our worst play this series and we stole one.

The Devils have to put this behind them and get back focused on playing the way we have.....relentless forechecking and not give the rags any breathing room.

As far as Cally's goal goes....yes Cally redirected it but there was no conclusive evidence of a kicking motion so the goal stand, which someone stated on the main board. At the time I knew it would stand.

Rags had the stripe shirts on their side last night, dominated us, and still couldn't get it done. They can take home some positives but I think with a team that is tired and fatigued, this loss has to hurt mentally.

Finally we have to look after that Cally/Dubinsky and not sure who else is on that line because they really pushed and gave life to the rags.

The Devils should have all the motivation they need. How about being the only Atlantic Division playoff participant not considered a Stanley Cup Contender? If PDB needs me to give the team a talk, I'd gladly do so, free of charge if thats what it takes!

going up 3-0 certainly gave me hope and confidence, however, with the XXX amount of time left in the game itself, it was far from over as we all should know.

Once the Rags notched that 3rd goal, I'm like we're going to fucking lose, fuckin unbelievable.... then comes out the 4th Line and saves the day...
